The hotel offers stunningly big and super clean rooms, albeit with only a garden view. The service was friendly overall, but lacked in conflict resolution skills. The location is great for Rhodes Town, with beautifully kept surroundings. The dining experience was genuinely enjoyable. The facilities were modern and convenient.
Staying at this hotel was a real treat! The rooms all have balconies, some of which are in open-air style and are spacious. We even got upgraded to a suite for free, which was a lovely surprise. The service here is excellent, especially from the friendly animators who go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. They even convinced us to join in on some sports activities, which was a lot of fun. The hotel offers convenient amenities like car rental on-site, and the staff took care of our bags promptly. The location is superb, close to a big water park and lovely beaches, offering a peaceful atmosphere once the evening activities wind down. Although the dining options were a bit repetitive each night, the overall quality was satisfying. The facilities are top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great value for the money!
The hotel offers a lovely setting, with easy beach access and closeness to attractions like Faliraki and Rhodes Town. The rooms are pleasant but have an issue with a mildew smell, and the service is top-notch. The dining options by the sea are fantastic, even though the pool area can get noisy at times.
The hotel offers simple yet nice and extremely clean rooms, but my stay was in a small room with two single beds instead of a typical double, which lacked privacy in the layout, especially on the balcony. The service was somewhat lacking in friendliness, which was a bit disappointing in such a beautiful resort. The location, however, was lovely, situated in Faliraki Beach, just a 10-minute drive from Faliraki town and 20 minutes from the old city of Rhodes. The dining experience was fantastic with a great selection and delicious food. The facilities were well-maintained, with a pristine pool and inviting surroundings.

The staff, while not super friendly, was extremely helpful, making my time there pleasant.
